Terms of Service

Acceptance
By using DynoCX (available at dynocx.com), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Workspaces and permissions
Workspace owners and administrators control access to their workspace. You are responsible for granting appropriate team permissions. Removing a team member removes their access to the workspace.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit to DynoCX. You grant DynoCX the rights necessary to operate the service, including storing, processing, and displaying that content as needed to provide DynoCX to you and your team.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use DynoCX to engage in illegal activity, abuse or spam, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access to systems, circumvent usage limits, attack the service, upload prohibited content, or otherwise violate the rights of third parties.
Plans and billing
DynoCX offers a Free plan and a paid Early Access plan. Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Taxes may apply where required. Refunds are provided where required by law or as otherwise determined by DynoCX.
Early Access pricing
Early Access subscribers lock in the Early Access price. Existing subscribers keep the locked price, and new features included in the Early Access plan are included without a price increase while the subscription remains eligible. Third-party-dependent services whose costs vary independently are excluded from this price guarantee.
Usage limits
Plans may be subject to limits on conversations, identified customers, storage, agents, and other documented limits. DynoCX may enforce these limits to ensure the reliability of the service.
Service availability
We aim to keep DynoCX available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not promise a specific service level unless one is separately agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
The DynoCX service, software, branding, and related materials are owned by DynoCX and its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them except as permitted by these terms.
Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. DynoCX may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Disclaimers
DynoCX is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DynoCX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the DynoCX operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
