How it works
Suppose you join the Pro plan today. During your first 12 months, we introduce:

- New integrations
- Team features
- Analytics
- Automation capabilities
- New administration features
Those features become part of your price-locked entitlement. Even if we later introduce a new pricing structure where those capabilities would normally belong to a more expensive plan, your existing entitlement remains protected.
What isn't covered: third-party AI usage.
Software price: locked.
Third-party AI usage: variable.
There is one important exception: third-party AI usage. AI model costs, availability, and provider policies are outside our control. Your subscription price is protected, but your included AI allowance is not a guarantee that the same amount of third-party AI usage can be provided indefinitely at the same cost. AI allowances may therefore change as model providers, pricing, and availability change. We will communicate any such changes clearly.
What happens after your first year?
Your first 12 months establish your permanent feature entitlement.
Features introduced during that period remain covered by your locked pricing. Features introduced after that period may be subject to the pricing and packaging applicable when they are released.
The earlier you join, the larger the set of future features you permanently lock into your plan.
Why are you charging this early?
DynoCX is currently 100% bootstrapped and self-funded. We don't have external investors funding development. Paid customers provide the revenue that allows us to continue building the product.
This isn't a disguised donation. You receive the actual product and the services that come with your plan. In return for taking that early risk with us, your subscription revenue funds continued development, and your early support buys you permanent protection against feature-based price increases for the first year of your subscription.

This applies whether you use DynoCX on a free plan or a paid plan. Our business model is based on providing useful software, not selling customer data to advertisers or other companies.
Free AI models have their own policies
Free plans may use free or subsidized AI models. Some of these models may not support Zero Data Retention (ZDR) and may retain or process submitted data according to the provider's own policies. The Free plan should not be used for sensitive or confidential information where ZDR is a requirement.
Paid plans use ZDR-compatible models
Paid plans use ZDR-compatible AI models, providing a stronger privacy posture for customers who require their AI requests not to be retained by the underlying model provider.
An important note about AI providers
DynoCX may send information to third-party AI providers in order to provide AI-powered functionality. The data handling of those providers is governed by their own policies. ZDR applies to the supported AI models and providers used by the paid plan. It does not automatically mean that every third-party service connected to DynoCX has a ZDR policy.
